UNO CLEAR customer service is available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This page provides operational guidance and does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
1. Delivery availability
Delivery availability and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout when available, or can be confirmed through Customer Service based on the delivery location.
2. Shipping rates
- Orders below EGP 750: EGP 50 shipping.
- Orders of EGP 750 or more: free shipping.
The applicable shipping rate is confirmed at checkout.
3. Order support
To change an address, request an order update, or ask about delivery, contact the UNO CLEAR team as soon as possible and provide your order number.
4. Return shipping costs
- Damaged, incorrect, or manufacturing-defective product: UNO CLEAR covers the shipping cost in full.
- Change of mind (sealed and unused product): the customer covers return shipping.
